Answer phone calls and direct calls in appropriate. Have to give administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Taking memos and maintaining files. Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails. Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database system, and performing basis. Requirements Experience in Housekeeping / Facility Management Company (Preferred) Excellent computer applications knowledge e.g. MS office. Ability to diagnose and resolve the problem. Knowledge to use of email system. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Fluent in English Language, both spoken and written. Excellent interpersonal skills & Able to contribute positively as part of a team.
